The GLOBAL AKKREDITIERUNGS OF CERTIFICATIONS BODIES EUROPE LTD(GACB) is not a government approved or nationally or internationally recognized accreditation board. The certificated organization can not claim the certified body status in govt procurement or tenders/bids in case such organization has specifically required certifications/compliance from only acceptable Accredited & Registered Certification bodies on its competency criteria.
Any such status claim or representation shall be the sole responsibility of the such certified organization and GACB or any of its associates/representative shall not be liable for such act of the organization.
The GACB further declare that it is not a member of IAF Accreditation body or any other Regional Accreditation Group. It is not admitted to the IAF MLA evaluation of their operations by any peer evaluation team.
The certifications issued by GACB does not give any assurance whether the applicant member complies with the IAF requirements.
The GACB does not assure or claim any recognitionby any local, national or international body and have not received any recognitionof the certificates issued by the conformity assessment bodies accredited by GACB and have not relation or association with any other signatories of the IAF MLA, with the appropriate scope.
The GACB is not recognized by any MLAs of Recognized Regional Accreditation Groups such as the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA), the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation Incorporated (APAC) and the InterAmerican Accreditation Cooperation (IAAC),
The GACB is independent commercial organization and its evaluation process does not ensure that their accreditation programs are of world standard. The GACB does not ensure or give any confirmation whether the conformity assessment certificates issued by GACB are or are not within the sub-scope by conformity assessment bodies and GACB is not accredited by any accreditation body like IAF and such certificates are not recognized in the worldwide IAF program.
This is understood that those who are asking the GACB to certify their systems have agreed with this disclosure and the GACB will not be responsible for any commercial or business loss, if any.
